Add bouillon and seasonings to a pot. Pour warm water over and stir to dissolve the bouillon.
Add tofu to the pot and heat on medium low. Gently simmer until most of the liquid is gone, about 20-30 minutes.Tip: Don't boil the tofu. Tofu is delicate so it will break if you boil it.
Taste and add salt/pepper if desired. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
