English/hot house cucumber (or 1 Japanese or Persian cucumber)

pickled onions

toasted sesame oil

nori

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add avocado, cucumber, tomato, and pickled onions.
Drizzle ponzu and sesame oil over and toss well to combine. Taste and add salt if desired.
If using, garnish with nori right before serving.
